Ringo Starr is releasing a new album on Tuesday called Liverpool 8. The most under-appreciated Beatle actually has a pretty decent solo catalog, and judging from the title song of the new album, I'd say he might have another winner on his hand. In fact, Rolling Stone even deviated from their ubiquitous three-star rating and bumped it up half a star.

Liverpool 8 is a celebration of everything Ringo — his musical wit, his cheer, his commitment to the Sixties ideals of peace and love.
